Perform detailed variance analysis and reporting, with timely follow-ups on deviations.
Oversee stock management for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Prepare and present financial reports related to factory operations.
Manage and maintain accurate records of factory fixed assets.
Coordinate with the internal audit department, provide necessary clarifications, and implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
Support management with ad hoc analysis and reporting to aid decision-making.
Work closely with the ERP system for financial and inventory-related transactions; contribute to continuous improvement in system processes.
Part qualification from a recognized professional accounting body (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data clearly.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Experience working with ERP systems will be a distinct advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and managing multiple priorities.
Age below 35 years.
