Plan, design, and implement training and development programs aligned with business objectives
Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention
Identify training needs and conduct competency assessments
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare management reports
Support HR strategies and change management initiatives
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
1 – 2 years experience in Training & Development and/or Employee Engagement, preferably in the finance or service sector
Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives
Proficiency in HR systems
