Handling payroll processing, incentives, and related HR transactions
Managing time and attendance records and reports
Processing statutory payments (EPF, ETF, etc.) accurately and on time
Handling employee off-boarding processes including exit formalities and documentation
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with company policies
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR role
Sound knowledge of payroll, statutory payments, and time & attendance systems
Good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proficiency in HR systems
