This role focuses on driving efficiency and powering the logistics engine of the company.
Coordinate Import & Export transport operations from start-to-finish.
Manage container bookings, yard operations, and vessel schedules.
Collaborate with subsidiary company teams to ensure on-time shipments.
Lead daily driver and vehicle allocation, GPS monitoring, fuel control, and documentation.
Oversee repairs, insurance, licenses, port permits, and operational follow-ups.
Prepare transport quotations, manage 3rd-party jobs, and strengthen client relationships.
Maintain all operational records, reports, and payment documentation.
Provide on-call operational support as required.
Knowledge of MARKSYS is considered an added advantage.
