Coordinate Import & Export transport operations start-to-end.
Manage container bookings, yard operations, and vessel schedules.
Work closely with Subsidiary companies teams to ensure on-time shipments.
Lead daily driver & vehicle allocation, GPS monitoring, fuel control, and documentation.
Oversee repairs, insurance, licenses, port permits, and all operational follow-ups.
Prepare transport quotations, manage 3rd-party jobs, and strengthen client relationships.
Maintain all operational records, reports, PRs, and payment documentation.
Knowledge of MARKSYS will be an added advantage
